Details
This eye catching runner was woven by artisans in Antigua, Guatemala who dye the individual threads of the fabric to create a larger pattern. This runner's style is named "Serpentina" in honor of celebrations and good times.
A group of Guatemalan artisans known as "los Gigantes" use traditional weaving techniques and foot looms to make their beautiful textiles. By dyeing the threads before they are woven into the overall fabric these artisans can determine the design of their textiles.
